Download and Print:

Cut:

Head:

^Repeat to other^ 

Bill:

^Attach bill to head^

^Attach both hemispheres^

^Insert finger inside to secure tabs^

Body:

Front half

Body:

Back half

Body:

Combine front and back

Faceplate:

  

Faceplate Axle:

I took creative liberty here to simplify the construction a bit, utilizing only one of the axles.

Earpiece:

^Repeat for other earpiece^

^Attach earpiece to faceplate^

^Attach axle to earpiece^

^Leave one end open^

^Insert axle into opening^

^Glue axle to other earpiece^

Wings:

^Make sure the rounder side of the red piece^

^faces towards the yellow piece^

 ^Attach wing to body^

Electromagnet:

^Attach electromagnet to chest^
